After 18 years in London's finance sector, I transitioned into the field of psychology and personal development. My background includes:
As a Gestalt therapist, coach, and consultant I work to raise awareness in how you, a group, or an organisation, are relating with the situational environment.
The therapeutical/coaching relationship is a journey of self-and relational discovery, enabling you to gain a different perspective on a particular goal and its process.
In such journey we may uncover the psychological interruptions of your process of change, discovering what is stopping you from taking action, and exploring a particular mindset, the attitude you have toward a particular goal/process..
I work phenomenologically, in the here-and-now, through dialogue, encompassing the body-whole and the non-verbal communication. I pay attention to the present phenomena, to "what is" that is figural in the moment, which might take us to your past history, and your unfinished "gestalten" (cycles).
Whether you are a person, a group, or an organisation, through our relationship we can explore your incomplete gestalten; what is "unfinished" for you; what is hindering the completions of your cycles and that is leading you to repeated and rigidified behaviours that might currently feel unsatisfactory or unhealthy.
The "fertile void" is a concept from Gestalt therapy, introduced by Fritz Perls, describing a state of emptiness that is rich with potential for growth and creativity.
In the context of the Gestalt cycle of experience, this void represents a moment of stillness or uncertainty between the end of one experience and the beginning of another. Rather than being a barren space, it is a fertile ground where new possibilities and insights can emerge.
This idea also has parallels in existential philosophy, where embracing the unknown leads to personal development.
Similar concepts are found in Taoism, with the Tao as an empty yet generative force, and in Buddhism's Śūnyatā (emptiness), which holds the potential for all things to arise.
