Psychotherapy, coaching, and regulation-focused support for personal and professional challenges

I work with individuals and couples who want structured, professional support with emotional, relational, and performance-related difficulties.


This includes clinical psychotherapy, personal and executive coaching, and breathing-based regulation work, depending on context and needs.

Ways of Working

Psychotherapy/Counselling (Individuals and Couples)

Gestalt-based psychotherapy focused on present experience, relational patterns, and emotional regulation.

Working with anxiety, low mood, relational difficulties, identity questions, and long-standing psychological patterns.


Coaching (Personal and Professional)

Goal-oriented coaching for clarity, performance, and sustainable change in work and life.

Used for career development, leadership challenges, decision-making, and transitions.


Breathing and Physiological Regulation

Applied breathing and regulation training informed by contemporary respiratory methods.

Used to support stress management, energy, sleep, and focus.

Additional Information

How the Work is Organised

  1. Initial consultation 
  2. Clarification of goals and context
  3. Agreement on format, duration, and focus
  4. Ongoing sessions and regular reviews
     

Psychotherapy/Counselling sessions normally last 50 minutes and have weekly frequency. 

Coaching sessions normally last 60 minutes and have flexible frequency (on average once every 2-4 weeks).


  • Sessions are available in English and Italian 
  • In-person (London / Chisinau) and online
  • Confidentiality respected in line with professional standards
  • Fees and availability discussed during consultation
  • Cancellation policy: I work on a 6 days notice period. If I ever have to cancel a session, I will wherever possible, offer you an alternative appointment.


Professional Standards 

I work in accordance with UKCP and EMCC ethical frameworks and receive regular professional supervision.

Individual work is not a substitute for medical assessment or psychiatric care where these are indicated.

Referrals are made when appropriate.
