Used for career development, leadership challenges, decision-making, and transitions.
Stress Management and Resilience for Performance
Coaching specific to support resilience and management of stress. These arise from the same system of demands, resources, habits, relationships, and meaning. My work helps people understand how pressure affects capacity, recovery, focus, and judgement, then build more sustainable patterns of response.
Breathing and Physiological Regulation
Applied breathing and regulation training informed by the Oxygen Advantage® and the Buteyko methods
Used to support performance, focus, stress management, energy, sleep.
How the Work is Organised
Psychotherapy/Counselling sessions normally last 50 minutes and have weekly frequency.
Coaching sessions normally last 60 minutes and have flexible frequency (on average once every 2-4 weeks).
Professional Standards
I work in accordance with UKCP and EMCC ethical frameworks and receive regular professional supervision.
Individual work is not a substitute for medical assessment or psychiatric care where these are indicated.
Referrals are made when appropriate.
