- Cycle of Experience - Awareness (workshop), raising organisational awareness on the various steps of an experiential cycle, while focusing on the psychological-organisational "barriers of inaction" limiting our abilities to reach the stated goals
- Large and Small Group Facilitation, allow for dialogue and express what it is required to take action and improve engagement and productivity
- Upward and Downward Management, strengthening the interconnections and relationships within the organisational system

My approach to consultancy and transformational change stems from a broad range of experiences which include Gestalt psychotherapy training and practice, therapy-group processes, a long tenure in the finance industry as a successful Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, and recent Masters studies in Organisational Psychology.
