3. A qualified Coach, EMCC Accredited at Practitioner level (N.124287) with extensive prior corporate managerial experience
4. An accredited Counsellor with Assocounseling (in Italy, in accordance with Law 04/2013. Registration A2786-2021)

More Information:

• In 2022 I completed a Master of Arts in Gestalt Therapy Theory at the Gestalt Centre (London, UK) with a dissertation exploring the psychosomatic roots of hypertension. 
• Also in 2022 I qualified as a Life and Transformational Coach at Animas (London, UK). 
• In 2020 I completed a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology at UCL (London, UK) with a dissertation on the prosocial implications of mindfulness meditation. 
• Before delving in the field of psychology, I had a long career in the finance industry working as a Managing Director for Morgan Stanley (2001-2019, London, UK).
• Prior to this I graduated in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, Italy (2001).

I keep myself up to date with regards to scientific developments related to psychology, neurophysiology, and well-being. Among these: 

• breathwork and meditation practices,
• stress management mindsets,
• neurobiology of entheogens for therapeutic purposes.
